Reports collect data from Trays, Calendars, and other Twin/objects. Reports will only call information from the DT on which it is placed. For example, a Sales Orders Report placed on a Work-in-process Tray will list only sales orders in progress, put it on a Shipments Calendar, the same Report will list only orders shipped on the date(s) selected by the user.

Journals are used to generate and maintain T-Accounts. They can work with optional Blockchain Twins because they create a secure record of transaction activity and the changes that were made when transactions are updated. They contain reversing logic so you have automatic visibility into transaction details.

Forms are used to keep track of work, the “verbs” of your business. Forms can be sales orders, service orders, loan applications, etc. Forms are “pulled” through a business process using Attraction Rules.

Calendars keep track of things over time. Calendars can use Attraction Rules. For example, Order Forms can be attracted to a Shipments Calendar based on Date Shipped.

Cards are used to keep track of “Things” such as companies, people, products, vendors, etc. Cards define the “nouns” of your business.

Trays are used to pull instances of Forms through a business process. Each TRAY contains an Attraction Rule that “attracts” instances of Forms based on the “state” or “status” of the Form.

Value Added Activities (VAA) – VAAs track/perform functions. They are agents that do work in context with business processes. VAAs can call web services such as Artificial Intelligence agents; they can execute local scripts; link to enterprise systems; update information; or event queue actions for staff to perform; virtually any function/behavior you want can be built with VAAs.

Behaviors are what you would think of as programs, except they are aware of their location in the world and the Digital Twins they serve. These are low-code language functions that work with Digital Twins and are simple to write.

Attraction Rules dynamically link DTs based on the “state” of an item. An Attraction Rule can connect or disconnect links between Twins. When used with Trays and Calendars, Attraction Rules manage business processes. When used with Customer records, Attraction Rules maintain dynamic links creating a real-time web of links to customer information.

Blockchain Digital Twins work with Journal Digital Twins to create immutable ledgers that may be accessed by interested parties. Any type of transaction that processes “change” may have the details of the activity stored in a Blockchain.
